Popular Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Funke Akindele, has shared some of the lessons she has learnt from undertaking film projects.

The box-office queen, via the popular microblogging platform, X formerly known as Twitter, shared stunning photos of herself.

According to her, every film project she undertakes reminds her that growth occurs outside of comfort zones. She further explained that hardwork, consistency, and focus contribute to continuous growth.

The actress who is consistently promoting her cinematic masterpiece 'Behind The Scenes' revealed that she's anticipating and excited for the next chapter.

She wrote:

Recall that The Nigerian Voice reported that 'Behind The Scenes' movie which was released in Nigeria cinemas on Friday, December 12, now holds the record for the: Biggest opening weekend with over N200 million, shattering five opening-weekend records, and stands as the biggest opening of 2025.

In a new development, Africa's Number 1 film distributor, FilmOne NG, on Instagram announced that Funke Akindele's movie has made another history as the fastest Nollywood movie to hit N500 million at the box office.

Additionally, it was revealed that the movie has now grossed a total of N512 million, placing it as the number one film of the weekend.
