Popular Nigerian musician Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, has further severed ties with his twin brother, Paul Okoye Aka RudeBoy, by announcing a different date of birth.

In a now trending post on the popular microblogging platform, X (formerly known as Twitter), Mr P announced that his birthday is no longer on November 18, maintaining that he will not accept any messages or gifts on that day.

According to him, the new birthday has now been changed to November 30th, describing it as a personal decision.

He wrote on X:
"Dear Family, Friends, and Fans,
I’m making it official. November 18th is no longer my birthday celebration date. Please note that I will not be accepting any messages or gifts on that day.

My birthday will now be celebrated on November 30th. This is a personal decision, and I truly appreciate your understanding.

Thank you all."
The feud between the twin brothers and their older brother, Jude Okoye, who was their manager, has been on for sometime now, with their first public split in 2017

The music group, however, reconciled in 2021, only to split again in 2024, with allegations of betrayals, financial mismanagement, including the involvement of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
