Tems Speaks On Challenges Faced With Being A Celebrity
Grammy Award winning Nigerian singer, Temilade Opening, best known as Tems, has opened up on challenges faced with being a celebrity in Nigeria.
The "Damages" crooner made this known in a podcast interview with Big Boy TV in the United States. She explained that being a celebrity does not give her the opportunity to move about without escorts.
She disclosed that since she became a celebrity, she has stopped going out without police escorts at the front and back of her car, as the last time she tried going out without escort wasn't nice.
“I used to drive in Nigeria, but now I can’t drive. I almost got mobbed last December. If I want to drive, I must have police escorts at the front and the back."
