‎Reality TV star Anita Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has hinted at going into the Nigerian political space.

‎The former Big Brother Naija housemate made this known while speaking at a recent interview with Ebuka, where she bemoaned the current underdevelopment that Rivers State is facing, which she described as "disappointing."

‎According to her, there are so many youths, talents, and things, which the government have failed to tap into to improve the current state of Rivers State.

‎Hinting at her political ambition, Tacha revealed that she does not believe in criticizing the government without being involved, adding that she is currently working on something, which she would later reveal once it is at 70 percent.

‎She said:
‎“When I look at other states like Abuja and Lagos, and I see how far they’ve come, and with the potential Rivers State has, they’re not trying to exploit it. It’s just very disappointing because there are so many youths, so many talents there, so many things that if the government can see light into, a lot can happen.”

‎“It is something I’m working on. I’ll have to make it 70% done before I can talk about it, because it does not make sense granting interviews like this, talking about the government without being involved.”
