"Thank You For Blessing Us" - Kunle Remi Pays Tribute To Late Ron Kenoly
Nollywood actor, Kunle Remi, is paying his respect to the late American worship leader, Ron Kenoly.
The Nigerian Voice recalls that Ron Kenoly gave up the ghost at 81 on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, with many gospel stars confirming his death across their social media pages with heartfelt tributes.
Joining a host of others in celebrating the life of the veteran Christian star, Kunle Remi shared an album of the singer Lift Him Up (Split Trax), a 1992 release, describing it as "my first call of connecting with my God."
He revealed that his dad played the album and many more during his growth as a child.
He also appreciated the late gospel star for yielding to God's call; for blessing everyone with his music, and also for choosing God, while urging him to rest well.
He wrote:
"My first call of connecting with my GOD is worship. I am grateful for my Dad who played this album and many more growing up.
Dear Dr Ron Kenoly....
Thank you for yielding to HIS call. Thank you for blessing us. Thank you for choosing God.
