In another impressive development on Funke Akindele's December cinema release 'Behind The Scenes', has now grossed ₦2.5 billion.

The astonishing achievement was made public by the film's distributor, FilmoneNg on Instagram. It was also announced that the movie further cements his position as 'The best performing title of all time,' and the 'number 1 film for the 8th consecutive weekend.'

Reacting to her milestone, the distribution company appreciated West Africa for contributing to the history by rewriting history.

Describing the milestone, FilmoneNg stated that it is a win for "our stories, our industry, and the audiences" who continue to show up and support cinema movies.
