"I Used To Steal Gold From My Mother's Friend When I Was Much Younger" - DJ Kulet Reveals
Nigerian disc jockey, Kudirat Gbemisola, better known as DJ Kulet, has opened up about how she was involved in theft at a young age.
DJ Kulet made this revelation in a snippet of an interview with Biola Bayo, on the Talk to B podcast. She explained that while growing up, she used to steal gold from her a friend of her mother, and eventually sell it at Yaba.
Explaining how she quitted the act, she revealed that her mum got wind of her actions, and acted swiftly by taking her for spiritual encounters, which finally put a stop to the act of stealing.
She said:
"I used to steal when I was much younger. I used to steal gold from my mother’s friends’ house and take it to Yaba to sell
"When my mummy noticed that behaviour in me, she took me for spiritual consultations before it would go beyond how it was at that time."
