Popular Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing, has followed up on her apology to the members of The Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners of Nigeria, TAMPAN.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Nkechi Blessing and the president of TAMPAN, Mr Latin feud started in 2021, after the actress and her colleague, Iyabo Ojo openly condemned the conduct of Baba Ijesha for allegedly defiling the foster daughter of Nigerian comedienne Princess, which the association wasn’t pleased with. Their action earned a backlash from members of the association and forced the leaders to ban them from the association.

The actress recently apologized to the association at an award ceremony in Canada to celebrate Yoruba actors and actresses. She went on her knees while appealing to the president, Mr Latin to accept her back into the association, which he obliged.

In a new development, the actress spoke about the importance of change, and how she wishes she had apologized earlier to TAMPAN. She noted that if she had apologized earlier, she would have gone far in her career.

She made this known on Instagram:

The things I know now, I wish I knew earlier I for don pass this level, but still I am Thankful to God for Direction and guidance.
