Popular Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has sent the internet agog with a recent comment she made. The popular actress who is now a veteran in the nollywood industry has stated that despite her age, she is being desperately saught after by many men. She said; “ Men still want me at 59."

However, social media critic and celebrity tormentor, Daniel Regha has replied to Rita Edochie's comment about being longed for by men. He believed that the reason she is being chased by men is down to her wealth and the fact that some men prefer ladies who are older than they are.

He wrote on X;
“Rita Edochie is popular & arguably rich, so men trying to pursue a relationship with her shouldn't be a big deal or even surprising. Besides a lot of men prefer older ladies; While some misguided ones go after married women for no justifiable reason. Happy for her, but this shouldn't be news.”
