An up-and-coming Nigerian actress, Shelley has shamelessly revealed why she did BBL and how much her Brazilian Butt Lift, BBL, costs.

Shelley who resides in Lekki, Lagos, granted an interview with a blogger in the street of Lagos. It is in this interview that Shelley unveiled her reasons to have ventured in artificial butt, and also how much she spent on it.
