If there is one high society lady in this country that enjoys a close friendship with the wife of the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,Her Excellency,Dame Dr. Patience Jonathan,that woman is successful business woman,Hajia Bola Shagaya,a director of Unity Bank and other blue ship companies.

The two powerful ladies in this dispensation have seen attending public functions together by cladding in same attire.

Be that as it may,tale bearers are now saying that all is not well with the warm friendship between the duo.

Those spreading this tale are saying that while Hajia Bola Shagaya was very close to the first lady of the country,other rich society ladies were envious and wanted to be close to the president's wife as well but they had no such opportunity.

According to rumour mongers,they had the chance to take Bola Shagaya's place when she was conspicuously absent during the campaign for the just concluded presidential election when the first lady went round the country,campaigning and mobilizing women to vote for her beloved husband for president and her bosom friend,Hajia Bola Shagaya did not go on the trips with her.

Sources said these other society ladies quickly filled the vacuum created by Bola Shagaya's absence and accompanied the first lady on the rigorous presidential campaign throughout the country.

We gathered that after the presidential election was won by her husband and sworn in as an elected president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,Hajia Bola Shagaya has not been visible around the wife of the president of the most populous black nation in the world.

Meanwhile,those close to the two powerful ladies told us that those spreading the cold war tale about them are merely envious of wonderful friendship between the first lady and Hajia Bola Shagaya.They added that the two ladies still enjoy the best of friendship.
