‎Controversial self-acclaimed activist, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has declared Benue State as the most underdeveloped state he has ever visited.

‎The vocal critic made this claim in a viral video on social media, stating that Benue is still in the past.

‎He added that the bad roads and problem of insecurity has made investors unable to develop infrastructure in the state, hence the reason for the underdevelopment.
