Insecurity: "What Is There Not To Be Angry About" – Mary Njoku
Nollywood actress Mary Njoku has continued to express her anger at the rate of insecurity plaguing Nigeria.
In a recent Instagram post, the actress who had previously accused Nigerians of always moving on easily whenever tragic events occur, revealed that she is currently filled with anger.
According to the CEO of ROK TV, someone questioned the reason behind her pent-up anger, and in response, she wondered if there was nothing to be angry about considering the situation of the country.
She wrote:
"These days, I just wake up angry.
And I go to bed angry.
"Someone asked me why I’m angry.
My response?
Why aren’t you?
Seriously, what is there not to be angry about?."
Recall that The Nigerian Voice reported that students and teachers in the Oriire Local government area of Oyo State were abducted on May 15, 2026.
Mary Njoku and a host of celebrities have collectively called on the Nigerian government to secure their release.
