Nollywood actor and filmmaker Lateef Adedimeji, has praised himself for never confirming.

The award-winning actor shared a photo of himself on his Instagram page, describing himself as an individual who never conformed— being misunderstood, yet remained steadfast to his ideals.

He hailed himself for continuously rising, redefining, becoming, and choosing to see everyone succeed.

He wrote:
"To the soul who never conformed, misunderstood yet unwavering.

To the man who keeps rising, redefining, becoming… Who still chooses to see everyone win.

Today, I align with my blessings.
I rise, I triumph, I am blessed."
Recall that The Nigerian Voice reported that Lateef Adedimeji's blockbuster movie, Lisabi, clinched the award for the Best Indigenous Language Film (West Africa) award at the 12th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos.

Mounting the stage to give his speech following the movie's win for a second year running, Lateef Adedimeji dedicated the award to his wife and new mother of three, Mo Bimpe, praising her for making his dreams a success.
