Popular controversial street singer, Habeeb Okikiola, best known as Portable, has hailed Olamide as his godfather in the music industry.

Recall that Olamide was one of the people who gave Portable relevance in the music industry by being featured on "Zazuu."

However, it appears that Olamide and Portable are not in good terms, as the singer has not posted anything about Portable since their collaboration.

Portable made mentioned of his relationship with Olamide during an interview with Echo Room. He stated that Olamide was responsible for his popularity in the music industry and people criticized him for helping Portable out.

Portable said: "Olamide is my Godfather. He brought me to the industry. One day, I messaged him and asked if he had issues with me because he stopped posting me.

“When Olamide helped me, people said he made a mistake. Look at me now; I have gone international, and Skepta featured me. I’m touring the world."
