Nollywood actor Adeniyi Johnson is pumped up ahead of the proposed celebrity boxing match between him and his colleague, Lateef Adedimeji.

Recall that The Nigerian Voice reported on Monday, May 11 that the actor expressed his desire to get into the ring with his colleague, Lateef Adedimeji.

He also called on the organizers and sponsors of celebrities boxing bouts to set up a fight between him, as a father of twins, and his colleague, Lateef Adedimeji, who is a new father of three, adding that both him and his opponent will provide value for their money, in addition to a memorable experience.

Releasing an update, Adeniyi Johnson shared the picture of the bout, announcing October 1st, 2026 as the date for the showdown.

He urged the supporters of Lateef Adedimeji to avoid him, and warn him, promising a brutal experience.

He wrote:
