Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham, has bemoaned the lack of rest that has trailed her since her impressive box office milestone.

The movie star, who joined her colleague Funke Akindele in the N1Billion box office club with her movie 'Oversabi Aunty', has been at the centre of controversy recently.

Additionally, the 'Oversabi Aunty' is now in the news over her protege Olawuni Oluwapelumi Abike, popularly known as Abike Shugaa's accusations against her.

In a now-viral video, Abike Shuhaa disclosed that she was paid the sum of N50,000 for her role in a movie, and upon the release of the movie, her scenes were cut out. She further made mention of her appearances with other filmmakers, emphasizing a stark contrast to working with Abraham.

Dropping her side of the story, Toyin Abraham stated that contrary to Abike's claim, she gave her the sum of N500,000 for a role in ‘Malaika’ and N50,000 for two scenes in ‘Ijakumo’, which were ultimately removed by the director during editing.

Absolving herself of the allegations made against her, the box office queen stressed that she would no longer comment on the matter, maintaining that she is one of the producers who support the career of up-and-coming actresses.
