Popular Nigerian singer, D’banj has come out on social media to praise Don Jazzy's impact on his journey as a singer.

He praised Don Jazzy, while sharing a video of how he visited Don Jazzy while inviting him to his 20 years in music industry anniversary dinner. D'banj stated that Don Jazzy had played a pivotal role in his career, citing how they started from Mo'Hits records in 2004, though they later disbanded over controversies. However, they are now back together, though they both own different record labels.

He captioned the video of his visit to Don Jazzy in X;
