Popular movie producer, Stanley Ontop, has finally opened up on the reason behind the social media hiatus of Nollywood actor, Alexx Ekubo.

‎Alexx Ekubo has been on a social hiatus since last year, and this has sparked concerns among his fans, as a rumour alleged that the actor's disappearance from social media is due to him suffering from serious health issues.

‎Addressing the speculations, Stanley Ontop, via his Instagram page, revealed that the actor is doing fine and very good.

‎He explained that the actor took time away from social media and work, as the media was too toxic on him.

‎He also added that Alexx would soon be back on social media, while clarifying that the actor is not sick.

‎He wrote:
‎“If you all remember in February I posted his picture and was asking about him. @alexxekubo is very fine and he’s doing great.

‎“He just took time from social media and work. The media was too toxic on him so he decided to give you guys some space. Alex is good 100.
