"Davido's Restaurant Should Have Been Opened In Chioma's Name" - Sarah Martins
Popular Nollywood actress, Sarah Martins, has opined that Afrobeats star, Davido, should have opened his new restaurant in his wife, Chioma's name.
The movie star took to her Instagram page, as she revealed that her opinion is coming from a place of love because she is a die-hard fan of Davido.
According to her, Davido's restaurant should have been opened for Chioma or should have been in her name, due to her flair for cooking over the years.
She noted that she had been anticipating a day when Davido would open a restaurant in Chioma's name, instead of his name. She, however, emphasized that her opinion is not coming from a place of hate, and she is happy for them regardless of who owns the restaurant.
She further added that Davido opening the restaurant in Chioma's name would have made more sense, and would still promote Davido's '5ive' album.
She wrote:
"This is coming from a place of LOVE because I am a huge fan of OBO.
I honestly feel Davido’s restaurant should have been opened for Chioma or probably in her name because we’ve always known her to be a passionate, fantastic chef. So, I was really anticipating a day when Davido would happily announce Chioma’s (in her name) restaurant instead of Davido’s restaurant.
Again, this is not coming from a place of hate, and I’m happy for them regardless of who owns the restaurant.
A five-star restaurant by Chef Chi would have made more sense and would still promote the five-star album by OBO because even Satan loves Chioma.
Chioma, I love you,, and please do not misunderstand this post.
WAR OR PEACE will air by 5 p.m. tomorrow on Sarah Martins TV on YouTube."
