"They Have Done It To Me, I Will Do It To Anybody Too" - Portable Issues Stern Warning Against Defaming Him
Controversial street singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has issued a stern warning against defaming him.
The Nigerian Voice recalls that Portable was recently arrested by veteran Fuji singer Saheed Osupa, and remanded in a correctional facility after failing to meet bail conditions of N1 million and two sureties, one of whom must be the Chairman of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN). His case was adjourned to April 30, 2025.
In a recent turn of event, Saheed Osupa's team decided to take a u-turn by dropping the case against Portable in a press statement.
Few days after his release, Portable, in a viral video on social media warned that he would get anyone who defames him arrested. He stressed that the law was meted out to him when he erred, and as a result, he would not show mercy to anyone who does the same to him.
Porable said:
"Whoever talks bad about me or defames me will be arrested. They have done it to me, and I will do it to anybody too. There is no mercy.”
