Nollywood actress, Juliana Olayode, has addressed the falsehood and misconceptions about her in the movie industry.

The Toyo baby star noted that she has ignored several stories and lies told against her, however, a recent falsehood "truly broke my heart."

She wondered the reason behind people choosing to spread false information about others, questioning the motive behind such decisions.

Olayode further emphasized that her stance on not kissing in movies still remains, adding that she is willing to work with any producer or director, as long as it doesn't contradict her belief.

She wrote:
"There have been different stories and lies told about me in this industry. Never addressed any, but I heard one a few days ago that truly broke my heart. I don’t think people understand how destructive some words can be and how words can wound. I genuinely don’t understand why anyone would choose to lie about another human being. To what end? Why? It is true that I wouldn’t kiss in movies.

It’s okay if you don’t like me. It’s okay if you say I’m not a good actor; it’s okay if you don’t want to work with me. But lying about me is deeply wrong and hurtful.

So I want to clear the air. There is absolutely NO producer or director I cannot work with. None. I am open and willing to work with anyone, as long as the story and my role do not go against my consecration to God."
