Another disaster could have struck the Nigerian entertainment industry, but for a timely intensive surgery to remove a cancerous lump in one of Nigerian music star and R& B crooner, Paul Play Dairo's internal organs.

Although, details of the exact type of cancer is yet to be ascertained information reaching us says the operation was successfully carried out in an undisclosed South African hospital where Paul Play and his crew went to shoot some music video for his forthcoming album.

The "Angel of My Life" crooner was said to have taken ill in South Africa and was diagnosed with cancer which required an immediate surgery at the hospital.

The good news is that the R&B singer is recuperating fast though all plans for shooting music videos remain on-hold.
