Popular Nigerian lawyer, Stan Alieke, has dropped a legal advice for many Nigerians.
The legal representative of controversial singer, Speed Darlington, stated that no matter the crime one is being accused of or charged with, such a person is still an innocent man unless proven guilty by the court.
Taking to his Instastory, Stan Alieke wrote:
"No matter the crime you are being accused of or charged with, you are still and will remain an innocent man unless a court finds you guilty.
This is called the principle of the presumption of innocence."
