Wizkid Revived My Struggling Music Career - Terry Apala
Nigerian street singer, Terry Apala, has showered praises on Afrobeats star, Wizkid, for singlehandedly reviving his struggling music career.
The singer made this known during a recent interview with Pulse. According to him, Wizkid saved his career with just a verse on his song 'Apala Disco.’
He noted that he was planning on spending millions on the promotion of his new song, but Wizkid came through for him and saved him the cost.
Terry Apala said:
“It wasn’t my doing. Wizkid just decided to help me, seeing that I’ve been struggling in the music industry for long. He changed my entire career with just one verse.
“It’s more like a shortcut. It’s like you’re planning to spend millions to promote your song and Wizkid now jumped on the song; it will automatically reduce the promotion budget. That’s how God works.”
