Many receive with shock yesterday when the news of top Nollywood actor and a present Commissioner, Richard Mofe Damijo, was reported to be involved in a car crash in Delta State.

According to reports, the husband of former AIT presenter, Jumobi, was saved by some people when he was in the accident. He was later rushed to the hospital for treatment.

Also, there were reports that he was the time of the accident unconsiousn.

Coming out to clear the air about the unfortunate incident, RMD said, "Contrary to the rumours yesterday that I was in a coma, unconscious and even dead, I am ALIVE and WELL. God kept us (my driver and I) alive by His hands. This is to say thank you and a big God bless you all for the prayers and well wishes especially those expressed towards my driver following the accident yesterday in Delta State. I am very ok but my driver is still in a critical condition. Please keep him in your prayers. We are believing God to arise on his behalf and restore him to full health.

As for the guys who rammed into us, I have no idea where they are but we pray for them too. It is well.
