Popular Nigerian singer, Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa, best known as Joeboy, has revealed what he watches out for in any relationship.

The “Alcohol" crooner, recently in an interview with BBNaija's Tacha on her Cool FM show, disclosed that one thing he watches out mostly for in a relationship is a woman who does not spend money on him, despite him spending on her. He described it as a serious red flag in his relationship.

He said; "One of my red flags in a girl is if you can't spend money on me. I would balance it out, not like I want to chop all her money. But I feel like if I can do something for you, you should be able to do it for me. Not all those ones that say 'What can we give to a man that has everything?"

The singer was further asked if he asks women out or they just accept to be with him. “I ask them to be my girlfriend,” he said. He further responded to the question by saying; "I've only been in two serious relationships actually and the people I've dated, I officially asked them to be my girlfriend."
