Ex-Lagos security guards, Mathew Precious, Kelechi, and Amakor Johnson broke into social media to drop a shocking report of their present condition abroad.

Recall that these ex-Lagos security guards popularly known as Happie Boys gained entry to one university abroad after a terrible incident leading to their loss of job in Lagos, in 2022.

Through the help of a Nigerian pastor and philanthropist, Chinyere Chibuzor of Omega Power Ministries (OPM) they were flown out of Nigeria on a scholarship to further their education abroad.

It can be recalled that the young men, Matthew Precious Kelechi and Amakor Johnson, became internet sensations after a video of them dancing on duty in their security uniforms surfaced online.

Nearly two years of their stay abroad, the Happie Boys have released a report of their present condition in Cyprus.

According to them, they have resolved to drop out of the university because of financial impediments.

They reported that they have been unable to keep up with life in Cyprus. Living there is extremely expensive. Several times they reached out to their benefactor to help them alleviate their problem, but several times he did nothing in return.

In their post, they appreciate their benefactors and everyone who has contributed to their achievements today.

Captioning the post, Happie Boys wrote,
“We want to use this medium to thank each and everyone of you out there more especially my fans, family & @papa.opm who helped us fly abroad to school which we are so grateful!! After GOD used @gossipmilltv to show the world our inbuilt talent from GOD & we’re forever grateful to GOD for looking after us, sustaining and providing for us for the past 8 months which the scholarship lasted for only 6 months we didn’t come from rich homes dropped out from school because is very hard for anyone to get a job here in Cyprus!
