Ubi Franklin has sparked controversy after he took to his social media to react to Davido's decision for unfollowing him on Instagram.

As a friend to Davido, Ubi Franklin, born Ubi Ekapong Ofem, is a Nigerian music artist manager, politician, entrepreneur, TV show host and the founder of the record label Made Men Music Group and Instant Apartment. Franklin is the current Special Adviser to Cross River State Governor Benedict Ayade on Tourism.

Recall that early hours of yesterday, match 8, the news about Davido unfollowing Ubi Franklin on Instagram went around on social media and got people talking about what could have prompted it.

Moreover, immediately after Davido's action, people on social media began to recall how Ubi Franklin made his first tattoo this year in January to honor Davido's late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
