Popular Nigerian christian singer, Timi Dakolo, has dutifully warned Nigerians on religion issues involving clerics and the members.

Timi Dakolo took to his Twitter handle to warn Nigerian fervently against the crude tradition of members allowing Clerics to lay hands on their heads for prayers.

Following his disgust against the tradition, he warned internet users never to allow anyone regardless of his or her status to lay his or her hands on their heads. While he stated this on a matter of gravest seriousness, he noted that they should take it as being very important, too.

He further added that if anyone of them has been a victim of such they should try their best possible to prevent such mistake from repeating on their children.

His post read: Timi Dakolo tweeted, “It is extremely important that you don’t let any and everybody lay their hand on your head in the name of prayers. If you have been careless in the past, make sure it doesn’t happen to your children.”
