Burnaboy and Tems have been Nominated for the 2023 Grammy Awards. The award ceremony is scheduled to hold on the 5th of February at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Burnaboy and Tems are the only two Nigerians who made the Grammy list, with two nominations each.

Burna Boy who is bagging his fourth consecutive nomination has only won one in 2021 for his album "Twice as Tall". Tems has however yet to win her first Grammy award.

Burna boy was nominated for Best Global Music performance for his popular song “Last Last” and best Global Music Album for his latest Album “Love Damini” while Tems was nominated for Best Melodic Rap Performance and Best Rap song under “Wait for you” which she was featured in by American Rapper Future.
