Popular comedian and actor Adebowale Adedayo, also known as Mr Macaroni has requested the release of Aminu, a student of federal university of Dutse who was arrested for hate speech.

It would be recalled that Aminu sustained injuries from torture before he was reportedly arrested and detained on the instruction of the First Lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari over a Twitter post accusing the wife of the President of feeding fat on poor people’s money.

It is on this case that Mr Macaroni requested the release of Aminu. He stated that the first lady should desist from oppressing the ordinary citizen and it would be wise for her to go to the court if she has any grievances.

Madam First Lady, you are not God!!! If you have any grievance whatsoever, go to court!!!

You are not bigger than the Citizens of Nigeria neither are you bigger than the Law!!

You should use your power to serve the people not Oppress them!!
