Nollywood actress, Rukky Sanda, has come out to defend herself after she shared a picture of herself playing around with some dangerous animals in South Africa.

The actress had gone holidaying in the country and decided to pay a visit to the zoo, where she played with a live snake which crawled freely on her body and also played with Tiger cub and these got her fans talking about her personality.

Some even went as far as describing her as a witch for having the mind to hold a snake with so much happiness but she has fired back at such accusations.

In an interview with Punch, the actress stated that some people can be so boring with the way they reason as the said animals were tamed and caged in the zoo which allowed other tourist to have a view at them.

In her words, “I wasn’t the only one there as lots of other animal lovers were also present and they equally fooled around with the creatures. Some people are boring and have a myopic attitude but I don’t worry myself about them.

“Since when did playing with a snake make one a witch? As an actress, what if I am required to play a role with snakes, am I supposed to turn it down? I don’t need to explain myself and my actions to anybody.”
