Lagos Agog For Actors Week
The fourth edition of the prestigious Lagos State Actors Week will commence from Monday, October 26, through to Sunday, November 1, 2015 at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, a statement by the Lagos State chapter of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has disclosed.
Chairman of the state chapter of the Guild, Don Pedro Aganbi, noted in the statement that the Lagos Actors Week, a 7-day fiesta, will feature Walk4life, capacity building workshop for actors, one-on-one counselling/career sessions, panels, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) day, Cultural day and sports.

According to him, the programme is also a revolutionary platform for the government, private sector, business community and foreign missions to chart a course for the future of the Nigerian actor with in-depth discussions and networking focusing on top business issues in movie making and entertainment at large.
Aganbi remarked that some corporate organisations have thrown their weights behind the 2015 edition, which he says will be massive.
Those expected to grace the high-octane Lagos Actors Week include movie marketers, producers, writers, cinematographers, students, government agencies, media, corporate community, foreign missions among others.
Since coming into office, Aganbi has carried out various laudable schemes and has also projected the Lagos AGN brand positively to the society.
