Nollywood actress, Toyin Aimakhu, has successfully kept silent about her failed marriage with actor, Adeniyi Johnson which has been a topic of discuss recently but she has been pushed by the power of her fans to speak out.

The actress had recently stated that nobody advised her to marry her husband when she did and as such people should not come around to start giving her advice on what to do.

Hoping that it will end in silence as usual, the actress, finally came out of her shell to explain that she has loved and trusted and all she got was hurt, which she has continually endured over time and the time has come for her to make a decision on what she wants.

According to Toyin, she said, “I have loved, I have trusted. I have been hurt, severally still, I have been faithful to love. There comes a time however when one needs to be faithful to self.”

With sadness in her heart, Toyin urged his fans to please allow her be and rather than criticize her relationship, they should channel that to her movie which will help make her a better person.

In her words, she said, “The simple thing I need you all to do for me is stop the pressure on me over my personal issues. Help me grow professionally. Criticize my work. I have many of them.”
