Have you ever wondered why many Nigerian celebrities go about with dark glasses? Well, to some of their fans, they say since some celebs drink a lot, they use dark sun shades to protest their shame.

But to one of the stars in the country, Peter Okoye of P-Square, wearing dark fancy glasses hides identities of celebs.

Peter recently disclosed that as musicians, they work hard to become famous, which stops their freedom and expose them public scrutiny. According to him, in order to hide their identities, public figures run to dark sunglasses for succour.

“We work hard to become known and then wear dark glasses to avoid being recognized,” he said.
