How long will customers continue to complain about illegal transactions done by some banks without the customer's approval? Sometimes, when the ATM cards are used to withdraw money, due to network problem, the customer will be debited but will not get the money.

Most customers have complained about this act always constant with some banks but they keep promising for a week or two to refund the money but to no fulfillment.

Reports and video circulating online has it that a certain customer had to strip down at the banking hall of the Guarantee Trust Bank in one of the Yoruba states after the bank had refused to pay him is money they allegedly took from his account.

The man was seen shouting and telling those that bother to listen on how the bank had allegedly taken his money over a month without his consent.
