Controversial Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar, has urged ladies to learn how to control their bodies and abstain from robbing bodies with men. Halima noted that she has not slept with any man for a long time.

She explained that though it has not been easy for her, but she has been able to abstain from it because she controls her body to adapt.

When the actress wrote, 'take control of your body and say no to s3x!! Stay off s3x my people,” fans began to question her authority for saying such.

In her response to various comments, Halima asked the fans if it was a must they must have intercourse, adding that the gospel of abstinence should be preached.

The actress, who has recently been trailed with various scandals, stressed that s3x is not food.
