Nigerian-American Rapper, Wale Announces Visit To Nigeria November

Nigerian-American rapper, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, simply referred to by his stage name, Wale has announced that he will pay a visit to his father-land, Nigeria. The talented and mutli-award winning rapper disclosed this via twitter.

The Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group artiste also announced that the visit will take place in November. Already, many of his Nigerian fans are excited about this announcement. It is not still certain if Wale is truly 'coming home' (the real meaning of his name) for a show or a mere visit.

Wale was born September 21, 1984 by Nigerian parents and rose to prominence in 2006 with his song 'Dig Dug (Shake It).' He is the cousin of actor, Gbenga Akinnagbe.
