NO MORE MOVIES FOR CAROL EKANEM?
Indications are that one of Nollywood pretty faces, Carol Ekanem may never ever appear in any Nollywood movies because of her marriage to Musa Danjuma, shipping magnate and younger brother to Gen Theophilus Danjuma.
Those close to the family say the very handsome man who met Carol at an event a few years ago and wouldn't remove his face and mind from her may have to be convinced to allow his new wife and mother of his new baby boy to return to locations as there would be other “befitting endeavours to engage her with.
At first, it was like a rumour that Carol was having a very big affair until it was blown open as the two lovebirds started appearing in public together, hand in hand.
Even after their traditional marriage, many were still doubting their love affair until their visibility at the 70th birthday celebration of General Danjuma where Carol was seen as one of the Danjumas.
It was gathered that Musa who is reported to have been married before was struck by the young beauty who was just berthing in Nollywood and whisked her away pronto. She later became pregnant and was delivered of a very lovely baby boy at Reddington Hospital Victoria Island, Lagos.
Ever since, very few roles have come her way some of which she rejected due to lack of time.
One Nollywood producer who proffered anonymity said Carol does not have time for any other thing especially now that she is married to aristocracy and wealth.
Wetin she go take the small money from Nollywood do? Aside from this, she has her little baby to take care of.”
