23 years old singer, Wizkid has now acquired a new house. The EME signed artiste announced on twitter yesterday evening, "New house! Thank u lord!!"

Reports say that the house is located in a choice area at Lekki, Lagos and it is worth some millions of naira. He is said to move into the house later today before heading to an 'appreciation show' at the African Shrine, which is a free show.

The new year, which is just about 10 days old, is getting to be a prosperous year. Each day hardly passes by without one or two celebrities announcing the acquisition of one thing or the other.

Wizkid stormed the music industry few years ago with his hit single 'Holla at ur boy', which shot him into limelight. Before then, he had a cameo-appearance in Banky W's 'Lagos Party' music video, which gave a hint that he might be the next star in the making.
