There have always been issues raised on the flamboyant lifestyles of most actresses live. It is generally believed that most actresses in the Nigerian film industry do some 'runs' to survive the over hyped lifestyles the media have made people believe they live.

Many of the actresses have denied making supplement through dirty means people think they do to survive. There have been many reported money-for-sex stories about actresses in the media. It is now a common thing to see Nollywood actresses cruising around the town in expensive SUVs, which their female counterparts in the other entertainment industry (music, fashion, etc) don't boast of.

This further concreted the believe that some Nollywood actresses sleep with men to meet up with such lifestyles projected. Many believe that in the real sense, music artistes make more money than movie actors.

One of the actresses that has confirmed the fact that most Nollywood actresses don't survive with what they get from acting is Mary Uranta. The beautiful actress told Nollywoodgists.com in a recent interview that she does other businesses to pay her bills.

"I try to do other things aside acting, you know what it is paying bills. The money in the movie 'thing' is really not enough for us. I do buying and selling. When I travel, I come back with a whole lot of stuffs to sell and all that," Mary told Nollywoodgists.com.
