Popular and controversial Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke last week Tuesday caused a mild drama in an Abuja court after his alleged 15 million naira case was heard.

Nollywoodgists.com gathered that after the court hearing of his alleged 15 million naira scam case, Jim Iyke allegedly ordered one of his aides to seize a fan's phone, who has been taking pictures of him at the court premises.

He also allegedly wiped out picture contents of him in the fan's phone. Jim Iyke was reportedly busy on his phone while his case was heard in court.

Meanwhile, Nollywoodgists.com also gathered that the police has finally established a criminal case against him.

The police told the court that a criminal case has been established against Jim Iyke for his alleged involvement in the transfer of company's share worth N15m to himself.

Getting to know about the absence of the company's manager, who invited the police into the case, Habiba Abubakar in court last Tuesday, the actor sought the dismissal of the case but the Magistrate, Azubike Okeagu denied the prayer.

The case has been adjournment till May 23.
