Actress Stella Damasus-Aboderin Counsels Young Girls
Popular english home video actress, Stella Damasus-Aboderin, has attributed her rising profile to the fact that she refused to be downcast after the death of her husband, Jaiyejeje Aboderin.
She disclosed this while addressing a group of ladies at Amuwo-Odofin, where she was a guest artiste, alongside Amaicha, a gospel artiste and friend.
“Ninety-nine per cent of you have written to me. You have read my stories and you know it all, but I am still having it all because I believe I can. I refused to stay down when situations got me down because I believe I can have it all. I believe I can fly,” she stated.
Stella who beamed with smiles in her white top and blue jeans thrilled the excited gathering with her sonorous voice, singing songs that, according to her, keep her on. She sang R. Kelly's 'I believe I can fly' and Diana Ross' 'He lives in me,' among other songs. The ladies, who were in high spirit, danced and sang along with her.
