Many controversies surrounded the death of Prophet Ireti Ajanaku who is the founder of the Christ Revival Victory Chapel international ever since he was reported dead on Saturday, August 17, 2013 as it took a long time before his family and church members believed he was really dead.

The prophet was buried today the 17th of July, 2014. After the church service, guests present and family members proceeded to the late prophet's house where the corpse of the prophet was laid to rest.

According to E24-7 magazine, popular gospel singers Tope Alabi, Evang. Bola Are, Shola Allyson, amongst others who were always around the late prophet when he was alive, were missing at the burial today.
