More than 10 Nollywood stars are expected to be in Britain for today's 11th Virgin Nigeria Afro Hollywood - Awards taking place at the Curzon Cinema, Shaltsbury Avenue, Leicester Square, London.

As usual, the awares will pay tributes to the best actors, actresses, producers, comedians and directors of the world's third largest movie industry, Nollywood - which trails only America;s Hollywood and its Indian counterpart, Bollywood.

Unlike in the past, today's ceremony is being held alongside the London Film Festival in the heart of the West End.

Recipients jetting in to pick the coveted award include Desmond Elliot, Rita Dominic, Moji Olaiya and Shade Omoniyi-Kassim, alias Lepa Shandy.

Otheres include the award winning gospel artiste,Stella Damasus, Sammy Okposo, Kingsley Agora, Sulaimon Adeayo, Stephanine Okereke and Adebayo Salami, alias Oga Bello
