Like a princess, sultry actress and budding singer Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde penultimate Sunday made a grand entry into the world of music as she launched her debut album entitled, “Gba!” at the Federal Palace Hotel Garden, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Resplendent in a gorgeous evening gown, the Nollywood star was spectacular as she rode on stage in a royal platform carried by four hefty men. Opening in a duet with hip-hop star Soundsoltan, Omotola dazzled the select audience to no end with her singing prowess and stagecraft.

The album, “Gba!” is a 10-tracker delivered in English and Yoruba and released on the label of Sound Factory.

The recording company's Marketing Director, Nnenna Onyewuchi says: “We have discovered a music talent in Omotola that is waiting to be developed and exposed. In fact, our aim is to bring international standards to recording business in Nigeria.”
