Men Live 10 Years Less Than Women – Charly Boy Advocates For Men's Health
Maverick singer Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has called for greater attention to men's health, emphasizing that proactive care is essential for longevity.
The 75-year-old veteran highlighted the alarming disparity in life expectancy between men and women.
According to Charly Boy, men on average live about ten years less than women and are significantly less likely to seek preventive care. He stressed that prioritizing proactive health measures is crucial to mitigate major threats and reduce life-threatening disparities.
The singer also encouraged men to share their struggles, reminding them that they are not alone. He noted that men are going through a lot and urged them to open up for the sake of their overall well-being.
He wrote:
