Nollywood actor Adeniyi Johnson has been left emotional after fulfilling one of the solemn promises he made to his late sister following her demise on the 25th of May, 2026.

The Yoruba actor shared clips of his visit to his late sister's daughter in Lagos State University (LASU) on her sign out on Wednesday, June 10, expressing excitement over the new feat.

He described the events of the day as one filled with emotions, noting how he believes she will be in heaven smiling following the partial fulfilment of his promise to her.

Adeniyi Johnson further expressed gratitude to everyone who made the surprise visit possible, in addition to praising his sister's daughter for making him a proud dad.

He wrote:
"LETTER TO MY BELOVED LATE SISTER ADERONKE!!
I am sure heaven gained an angle the day you left 25/5/2018!! But this I write with a heavy heart and teary eyes.

One of the solemn promise I made while laying you to rest then has been fulfilled partially, And God will help me to complete all!!! Your first daughter Blessing Olamide Babalola is now a graduate!! @gemtroove__colllections.

It was a day filled with emotions and tears but we are sure you are full of smiles in heaven as I fulfil a part of my promises to you!

Thanks To God who made this possible!! To grandma my Lovely mum for being strong and relentless in Godly teachings and prayed and my Adorable wife Oluwaseyi @i_am_shai …
