Nollywood actress Beverly Osu has expressed her stance on the issue of society pouncing on an individual for being with the wrong partner.

Amid the recent marital crisis that has plagued the entertainment industry recently, Beverly Osu, in a post on her Instagram story, slammed the public for focusing on individuals who chose the wrong partner, while absolving the other individual whose personality was hidden before they were chosen.

According to her, the society should desist from mocking individuals for trusting, urging them to instead focus on calling the deceiver to order.

She wrote:
"We love blaming people for choosing the wrong partner, but we never blame the person who faked their entire personality just to get them. Stop shaming someone for trusting, and start holding the deceiver accountable for manipulating."
